Roller conveyor
Roller conveyor
A roller conveyor is an internal transport system that uses rollers to move products. Roller conveyors are especially suitable for transporting stable goods such as boxes, crates with nest edges, or pallets. That is why they are often used in industrial production processes or in distribution centers.
The big advantage of a roller conveyor compared to other types of conveyors is that the robust design offers an almost maintenance-free solution for the internal transport of goods. Our roller conveyors are available in different lengths, widths, and heights and it is also possible to choose from different diameter rollers.
We have a configurator available to visualize what your roller conveyor will look like. This allows you to easily configure your own conveyor track and request a quote. This page also contains information about the different types of roller conveyors, power units, and modules in our range. This makes it immediately clear whether a roller conveyor is the right solution for your situation, and if so, which one.
Powered roller conveyors
Gravity roller conveyors
Our roller conveyors

Vinar - Roller conveyor
A non-powered roller conveyor. The Vinar is mainly used at the end of a production line or to buffer products. This gravity roller conveyor easily transports loads at a slight angle. The option for small rolls with a diameter of 20mm offers a shock-free transport for light to medium loads. In addition, the Vinar can be easily integrated with other types of roller conveyors or belt conveyors.

Vipal - Pallet roller conveyor
A non-powered pallet conveyor. The Vipal's wide frame makes this roller conveyor extremely suitable for transporting pallets and pallet boxes, up to a maximum of 1500 kg/meter. The non-powered pallet conveyor is the most durable solution for transporting pallets and pallet boxes, along a gentle slope. In addition, the Vipal can also be easily integrated with other types of conveyor belts, pallet conveyors and chain conveyors.

Virapal - Pallet roller conveyor
A chain driven pallet conveyor. The Virapal's robust 230V/400V power unit easily moves pallets and pallet boxes up to a maximum of 1500kg/meter, or with a total weight of 4000kg. The maximum speed of this pallet conveyor is 20 meters per minute and it is available in three widths that are tailored to the standard dimensions of pallets. The Virapal can also be easily integrated with, among other things, pallet conveyors or chain conveyors.

Virol 24V - Roller conveyor
A Poly-V powered roller conveyor. As the name suggests, the Virol 24V is powered by a 24V power unit. The Poly-V belt is perfect for loads up to 50kg/m and works quietly and efficiently. The belt is cleverly concealed in the frame of the conveyor track. On the one hand, this offers a safe situation, while the belts are still easily accessible for maintenance or replacement. The Virol 24V is easy to integrate with other types of roller conveyors, belt conveyors and modular belt conveyors. The Virol 24V is also available as a curved roller conveyor.

Virol 400V - Roller conveyor
A Poly-V powered roller conveyor. The Virol 400V is powered by a 230V/400V power unit. This extra power gets the most out of the Poly-V belt, for loads up to 75kg/m or a maximum of 150kg. This powered conveyor track can also be used for buffering or separating loads divided into sections without pushing pressure. As with the Virol 24V, the Poly-V belt is safely but accessible concealed in the frame. The Virol 400V is easy to integrate with other types of roller conveyors, belt conveyors and modular belt conveyors. The Virol 400V is also available as a curved roller conveyor.

Viroc - Roller conveyor
A chain driven roller conveyor. The Viroc is our most robust roller conveyor and is powered by a 230V/400V motor. In combination with the chain powered drivetrain, this makes the Viroc capable of transporting heavy loads up to 150kg/m or a total of 300kg. The possibility of supplying this chain-driven conveyor belt also as a curve is unique in the market. In this way, heavy products and stacks can be pushed through bends as cost-efficiently as possible. The Viroc is easy to integrate with other types of roller conveyors, belt conveyors and modular belt conveyors. The Viroc is also available as a curved roller conveyor.
