Virol – Rodless pusher

The pneumatic pusher is perfect for pushing light to medium weight products (up to 50kg) at a 90˚ angle, to a different productline. The pneumatic pusher is compatible with the Virol 24V and Virol 400V rolley conveyors. The pusher is mounted on the underside of the frame, with the teeth situated inbetween the rollers. The pusher module can be combined with a stopping module to manoever the products into their optimal position. Because the module is mounted underneith the roller conveyor, the risk of getting stuck is minimized. The DGC cylinder is a lot more compact than the standard cylinder, allowing the module to be fitted in limited workspaces.
